A Typical Kettlebell Class
The Kettlebell Conditioning classes will take the following format. Starting with 5 to 10 minutes warming up using stretches and exercises based on the movements that are to follow, the class will then move onto working either individually or sometimes paired for 30-40 minutes through various movements. Following the workout there will be a good stretching warm down session.
