Develop Your Running.

Running Strong is a strength and conditioning programme designed to develop speed, strength and flexibility in runners for all ages and capabilities.

In these sessions the coaches choose specific exercises which aim to develop and strengthen the core, leg and upper body muscles. The workouts are designed to help the individual improve their running performance through asymmetrical training whilst having fun, working as a team and developing new skills!
