TabataFit

Work, Rest, Repeat.

TabataFit is taken from the Tabata style WOD's in our main CrossFit classes and is designed to burn fat quick by alternating constantly through work and rest periods.

A Typical TabataFit Class

Following a short warmup covering the movements, the clock will start and you will work your way through 20-30 minutes of movements working for 20 seconds and resting for 10, working for 20 seconds and resting for 10. The class is finished off with a warm down/stretching period.
