CrossFit

CrossFit is our main class only available as part of the full CrossFit Membership (Not CrossFit Lite) and is taught in our main gym area at the box. Our experienced coaches carefully programme each weeks class structure and content so that you can get the most out of your training. CrossFit members gain access to BoxMate where they can view programming, log their workouts, track progress, set goals and stay up to date with all the latest blogs and news at the box.

CrossFit Lite

Our ladies only programme provides an opportunity for women to exercise together and have fun with their workouts in a friendly atmosphere. It’s ideal for women looking to get back in to using gyms after a long time away from them or if they’ve never used them before.

The sessions themselves run in our smaller unit (The Lite Box) and follow a monthly 5 day plan. All of which provide full body workouts through a mixture of cardio, resistance and bodyweight exercises. The main difference to CrossFit other than this being ladies only is that we don’t use barbells or attempt any of the more complexed lifts or gymnastics that the CrossFit programme includes.

Sweat Sesh

Our Sunday Sweat sesh! It’s a popular workout that’s included in both memberships. It’s low skill, a big calorie burner and is an ideal way to kickstart your Sunday mornings.

Kettlebells

Held on Saturday mornings in our lite box. This is highly popular amongst both sides of the box and is an all over body, kettlebell based session.

Drop Ins

On holiday in the peaks but you don’t want to miss out on your CrossFit fix? You can drop in to the box and sign up to a class whenever you like as long as you have CrossFit experience. We also offer a weekly pass so feel free to drop us a message if you’re unsure on the best way of dropping in.
